1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Local Pickup Orders:
If Local Pickup is selected as the shipping method, your order will be prepared once a combined group minimum of $450 is reached. This total may include orders from other customers. Because this option includes free shipping, delivery to pick up may take longer than standard shipping methods.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
Orders with Local Pickup selected are eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD), with payment due at the time of pickup.

Please note: Processing times may vary during high-demand periods or product restocks.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Economy or Oversized Items: 7–10 business days

These are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • The total weight and dimensions of your order

  • Your delivery address

  • The selected shipping method

Occasionally, promotional offers may include free shipping. These offers will be clearly stated on the website when available. Free delivery with orders $450+.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website for the most accurate delivery updates.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (for certain oversized items)

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

  • International addresses outside the United States

If an order is placed with an ineligible address, we’ll contact you to make the necessary changes.

6. Delays and Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, No Name Bowling Supply is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses

  • Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery

If your order is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If further assistance is needed, reach out to us and we’ll help investigate.

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nonamebowlingsupply@gmail.com with photos of the damaged packaging and items.

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue through replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
